• Where are my items shipped from?

All of the items are shipped from United States. Vegan friendly and excellent quality.

• What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery time depends a lot on where exactly the products are shipped to. It can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. For the vast majority of the orders to the United States, it should not be longer than 20 days after the order has been processed. 

• Why did some of the products I ordered have arrived but not the others?

Our products are being stored in different fulfillment houses, so if you order more than one item it might be shipped out from different locations and come at different times. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

• How do I know this website is safe?

We are approved by all the major card companies. The payment gateways we use to collect payments, such as Paypal, guarantee protection for our customers and also us.
